Refund Policy 

Returns & Refunds: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

Size exchanges: If you receive an item that doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [hillsidecustomerservice@gmail.com] and we'll arrange a size exchange where available.

Defective items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at [hillsidecustomerservice@gmail.com] with photos of the fault within 30 days of receiving your order and we will resolve it promptly.
