Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the limited-edition nature of our drops, we are unable to offer refunds on purchased items.

Size exchanges: If you receive an item that doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [hillsidecustomerservice@gmail.com] and we'll arrange a size exchange where available.

Defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we'll resolve it.
